James: Guidelines for a Happy Christian Life
In a society where our spiritual life is measured by a list of outward dictates, James presents the revolutionary, counter-cultural lifestyle that Christ exemplified in his earthly life. A genuine believer cannot read James without being convicted because James repetitively states a true believer must change. As a group we will study, verse by verse, the five chapters of James using John MacArthur's study of James as our outline. We will also look at a parallel passage to delve deeper into each topic. In a society where we often are told what a true Christian is supposed to look like, don't you want to get your description from God Himself?
